Properties Management Group JSCo. is a Company having a structure of Holding of companies, as it combines private entities with different subject of activity under a common management team and a team of support, based on direct and indirect participation in the share capital and the management.

Properties Management Group JSCo. secures investment in and management of projects of a different kind and character in compliance with the activity of each entity of the Holding in order to perform effective execution and realization. The Projects include:

• modernization and utilization of the food processing joining financial support of European programs /as the European Rural Development Program/ and by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development;
   
• development of companies with subject of activity directed to the effective execution of infrastructure projects, construction, property management and security of private and public entities;
   
• financial and consultancy companies, directed to wide spectrum of business relations on the Bulgarian market;
   
• companies directed to development of tourist and entertainment business;
   
• supporting companies, responsible for the effective administration of the processes in the Holding, witch includes an own recourse of target team of managers and operative professionals of legal, expert-financial, accounting, engineering (architectural), IT, HR, PR and other various of special divisions with effective and operative outsource consultancy network, having the final aim to secure the normal function and activity of the entities in the Holding

The activity of Properties Management Group JSCo. is also based of an own investment resource directed to development of perspective projects of each entity of the Holding. From the idea phase of each project concerning all processes of preparation and planning of the implementation and its realization to the final stage, is engaged the resource of management “core” of professionals in various areas, operative team of execution and a constant contingent of outsource consultants.
